Blini Bar – buckwheat blini, prepared infront of guests, accompanied by American sturgeon caviar, smoked salmon and condiments

 

Antipasti Wreath – assorted salami, proscuitto, asiago cheese, fresh mozzarella, marinated and fresh vegetables, grissini and sliced baguette

 

 

Buffet Dinner

Roast Prime Rib with Cabernet vegetable jus and fresh horseradish

 

Herbed Yorkshire pudding with fresh chives and rosemary

 

Grilled Salmon with mushrooms, sweet onions and a pinot noir sauce

 

Wild Rice pilaf embellished with fresh peas and toasted pine nuts

 

Asparagus spears tossed in lemon butter

 

Roasted  roma tomatoes with fresh herbs and breadcrumbs

 

Baked rolls accompanied by sweet butter

 

 

 

Grand Finale

Dark chocolate fudge fondue with mini cream puffs, lady fingers,

sliced bananas, pears, strawberries and dried apricots.

 

 

 

The above menu is available with a minimum guarantee of 100 guests.
